I will never return to a certain chain ever again after visiting Lucky Goat. Seriously, you don’t realize how good coffee can be until you visit. I ordered my usual and my boyfriend did as well. His was a peppermint mocha and mine was a double espresso with raw sugar and steamed cream. Same thing we get at the big chain yet infinitely better here. You get so many complex flavor notes. The milk is steamed to velvety micro-foam perfection. Sheer heaven. (I know it may not look like a big drink and that’s because it’s not but my fellow espresso lovers will understand ) ”

I don’t know her name but I watched her stand apart from two other employees who not only looked like they hated their jobs but were ambivalent to customers at best. “ I was driving to my hometown of Pensacola from my current town of Orlando, and I decided to meet up with a friend of mine in Tally. This friend of mine recommended Lucky Goat Coffee for a hangout place, and I was not disappointed. This place had a lot of seating, inside and out. There was a cozy atmosphere afoot that just made you wanna bring in a good book and sit and stay all day long. But alas, I had to get back on the road before too long, so I checked out the menu to see what they had. They have all the usual suspects. I asked what was good and cold and sweet and pumpkiny, and they recommended their special of the day, their version of a pumpkin spice latte. They cater to all drink preferences, including my need for almond milk. It was delicious. They definitely got the message that I wanted sweet and espresso-y. Very flavorful. I had no complaints. But they also have good black coffee, if you're into that kind of thing. I'm not, but it wasn't spit-worthy swill you find in grocery stores. Overall, I enjoyed this place, I love local chains, and I wish it all the best. I will probably be back the next time I stop by to visit my friend. ”
